5 out of 5 starsGreat customer service. They even included a photo of the exact earrings I purchased. Love the color of my stones. They were almost sold out so I think I got the leftovers; the settings are slightly different thicknesses, but you can’t really tell while wearing and I love them all the same!

Frequently asked questions
International shipping?
Unfortunately I am currently not shipping internationally (except to Canada).
How long (after shipped) will it take to receive the package?
PROCESSING TIME: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS
I ship USPS Ground Advantage and that typically takes 2-5 days once shipped. If package is shipped Priority Mail, it usually takes the same amount of time, but Priority Mail is exactly what it sounds like -- it takes priority within the USPS. Every order is tracked and you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
Occasionally weird stuff happens within the inner workings of the USPS, or things get sorted incorrectly and sent to the wrong state, but it should work itself out and eventually get to its destination. Sometimes, Etsy/USPS tracking takes 24+ hours to update. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you are having trouble tracking your order!
What if I receive my jewelry and don't like it?
Don't wear it! Contact me with an Etsy message immediately. I accept UNWORN returns if contacted as soon as you receive and open your package - within 3 days of delivery. I want you to feel 100% secure about your investment here and enjoy your jewelry for a very long time. I am super reasonable and understanding, so please feel free to reach out to me if there is ever any kind of issue.
If you are considering leaving any neutral or negative feedback (3 stars or less), please allow me an opportunity to make it right first. Your satisfaction is VERY important to me! I am human (er, at least I'm pretty sure I am human) and I do make mistakes! :)
Care instructions
To clean gemstones, buff gently with a chemical-free cloth. Fine & sterling silver, precious metal filled, copper, and plated jewelry will tarnish over time. To remove, use a polishing cloth such as Selvyt® or Moonshine® and follow up with a chemical-free cloth. I do not recommend submerging your jewelry into cleaning solutions! When not wearing, store your jewelry in a dark protected place, such as within a plastic bag or jewelry box.
Refrain from using harsh compounds such as alcohol and bleach to clean your jewelry, as this could damage the metal, stones, beads, stringing material, etc. I highly recommend keeping water, oils (lotions, hair and body oil, motor oil, etc), and harsh chemicals (fragrance, cleaners) away from your jewelry.
Stainless steel = surgical steel? In this shop, YES!
The stainless steel that I use is ALWAYS surgical steel grade. If you see "stainless steel" in my shop, rest assured that it is absolutely surgical grade steel, usually 316L.
Some surgical grades that I work with have trace amounts of nickel; however, the percentage of nickel that makes up the alloy is *extremely* small (less than 3%) - so small it should not cause any kind of reaction in those with nickel sensitivities and allergies. I have a moderate allergy to nickel and I am able to wear these grades of steel with no issues. However, if you do have allergies, please proceed with caution - a very small minority of severely allergic individuals do unfortunately react to these minute amounts of nickel.
Dog allergies?
We love dogs and currently have FIVE rescued beagles -- and, as dogs do, they occasionally shed. My girls never come in contact with the jewelry or supplies and I do my absolute best to keep them away from my workspace; however, I do find hair on my clothing from time to time. I am extremely sanitary in my work processes, while creating, organizing, packaging up the items, etc. I have never had a complaint about a stray hair surprise in a shipment, but part of me feels like no matter what precautions I take (aside from having no dogs at all, which is not an option!), someday, at some point, a hair will somehow hitch a ride. Anyway, please keep this in mind if you have severe dog allergies or just don't like adorable, amazing doggos.
Photography & color information
It is very difficult to capture exact colors in jewelry photography, but I do my absolute best to be as accurate and transparent as possible in representing the items that I create and sell. I use a Sony A7III mirrorless camera. Viewing displays may not reflect exact colors, and mobile devices notoriously distort true colors - which may lead to false expectations. I take all photographs in bright diffused daylight. Please keep in mind that colors are largely subjective and individual - for example, one person's blue may be another person's teal. I find that my laptop displays the most authentic and realistic color, so I usually make my purchases from it instead of any mobile device if color is a priority in that purchase.
Gift wrapping & sustainability
I don't currently offer gift wrapping, but the presentation of your item has been meticulously thought out, branded, and perfected over the course of the last 10+ years; 100% of the components used in my processes are either reusable or compostable with a minimal packaging footprint. The only plastic used (aside from the shipping tape) is a small bag that protects your jewelry from the elements in case of unforeseen circumstances. I am a proud tree-hugger!
Packaging
Lovingly packaged with the utmost care. I designed the packaging to be protective, thoughtful, convenient, functional, and beautiful, and have worked hard experimenting with the most practical/affordable way to ship your handcrafted jewelry while also retaining the charming presentation I wish for my buyers to experience. I take extra precautions during the preparation and packing process, but it's not foolproof. Necklaces are a little more difficult to package, especially while trying to keep costs low enough to continue to offer free shipping – it is fun, but challenging, to work within these economical boundaries. Please contact me if you have any issues with your items upon arrival, and I am always open to suggestions & recommendations!
